2026 DOC Visiting Survey
The 2026 Visiting Survey is now available. It will close on Friday, September 22nd.
This survey is for visitors of any of the facilities and will ask you about your most recent experiences. Summary results of this survey are reported to the Oregon State Legislature each October.

2026 OSP Replacement Survey
The OSP Replacement Survey is now available!
The DLR Group invites visitors to DOC facilities to complete a survey regarding their experiences in the context of preparing for the needs of a replacement for the Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP). This survey will close on Wednesday, September 30th.
This survey is for visitors of any of the facilities:
- Friends & Family of AICs
- Psychological or clinical evaulators
- Attorneys & Legal Professionals
- Public or Government Agency Representatives
- Volunteers
- Contractors
- Vendors
- Law Enforcement
DLR Group has been contracted to complete research into the feasibility of a variety of options regarding replacement or renovation of OSP, with a focus on increasing DOC's ability to care for an aging AIC population.
