We are awaiting the results of the forensic review to determine exactly what information was involved.
When will be notified if our information was involved?
At the completion of the forensic review, those with data involved will be notified.
Will you identify the employee?
Due to the investigation, we will not be able to release any additional information at this time.
Will the former employee be charged with a crime?
The charging responsibility rests with the District Attorney's office in Malheur County, not DOC.
